Questions from grown-ups
Everything parents ask us about Wimlets.
What is Wimlets?
Wimlets is a children's storytelling and creative platform: original stories, audio, gentle games, and printable crafts featuring six little animal characters living in a big imaginative world.
What age is Wimlets for?
The sweet spot is ages 3–8. Younger children enjoy the audio stories and coloring pages with a grown-up; older children read independently, solve the mysteries and fold the origami themselves.
What does membership include?
Wimlets Club will include unlimited stories, all audio stories, new adventures every month, full printable packs, exclusive character styles, and every game and badge. Membership isn't live yet — everything currently on the site is free to explore.
Are printables included?
A selection of printables will always be free. Full printable packs — complete origami sets, puppet theatres and activity bundles — will be part of Wimlets Club.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, in one click from your account page. Your child keeps access until the end of the paid period, and their collection and badges are never deleted.
How does Style Studio work?
Children pick a Wimlet and a style — plush, robot, watercolor and more — and see their character transformed. Creations can be saved to their collection and printed. New styles arrive regularly.
Are the stories original?
Every story, character and illustration is original to Wimlets. We don't retell existing franchises or licensed characters.
How do downloads work?
Printables are PDFs sized for home printers. Tap Download on any printable page, print, and make. Items shown as “preview” don't have their final PDF yet — no fake downloads here.
How do parents manage accounts?
Family accounts with per-child profiles and a parent dashboard are in development. For now, favorites are stored on your device and no account or personal data is needed.
